Qualified Coaches
Our staff includes an MLB/MiLB hitting consultant, trainers with MLB organizational experience, and coaches who have developed athletes at the collegiate level. This experience allows us to deliver intentional, high-level training built for long-term player development.
Individual Approach
Every athlete moves differently, thinks differently, and has different goals. Our approach is to promote foundational, high level movements, while tailoring to each athlete individually. We create a development plan tailored to their goals and keep them accountable to follow the plan.
Technology to Assist
Our facility provides the best technology to assist hitting development in the cages and sports performance in the Weight Room. We are partnered with Full Swing to provide swing data, ball flight data, and high quality video for each athlete. We also are partnered with VALD Performance Systems in the Weight Room. This gives us a way to track data and progress throughout the year.
